Chapter 1

Hi all,

As my mobile internet connection seems a bit tempermental, I am going to try to go with the blog thing again to share my visit to Soth City with all of you as it unfolds.

It is Day 3 of my visit to see Non and Gramps and the Martinelli crowd in South City. I arrived on Monday morning at 9.10 ans was picked up from the airport by Noni and Gramps in the caddie, which is still going. Uncle Mike was supposed to pick me up but he got sidelined with other duties.

Right now Mike and Linda are doing the day care thing for Lucca all day and then also Noah in the afternoon when he comes home from school, so it is pretty full on. But the boys are very cute. Lucca is in go mode all the time, so he keeps everyone hopping. Uncle mike calls  him short stuff because he is mall and solid but no obstacle is too big.

We have had 3 dinners so far and I am trying to walk in the mornings so I do not start to pack on all of the kilos I have recently lost. Could be tough!

Noni and Gramps are pretty amazing. they have stuff on all of the time, and seem to have some place to go every day. Today  we visited the brand new Dollar store which is huge and looks like no dollar store I have ever seen. of course it has a steady stream of customers and it is difficult to walk out with nothing in your hands.

Tommorrow morning I am on babysitting duties as Uncle Mike has to go to work at the baseball stadium. Everyone has their eyes on the giants at the moment as they have got farther than anyone expected. they have tickets for the Friday night game and if there are enough tickets i will have my first trip to the new stadium.

Ok that is all for now, this is just a starter to get this blog going.
